VapoFil comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 60 days of your delivery date.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email contact@customercs.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line

2. Include your order number and reason for return

3. Ship all bottles (including opened ones) to: 11870 62nd St N, Largo, FL 33773

4. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after your return is received

Important Notes

The 60-day period begins on your delivery date, not your order date. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Opened bottles are accepted for return.
